The Leave of Absence Analyst will play a critical role under the direction of the Head of Benefits by leading the end to end leave of absence processes and deliver a superior experience to employees while maintaining effective governance and compliance with relevant policies. This position can sit in Herndon, VA, Mobile, AL or Wichita, KS. This is a hybrid role!

Your Challenges:
Effectively support all LOA administration cases to include general administration and compliance with Federal, State and local regulations related to leaves including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, USERRA, ADA/ADAAA, and company specific leave programs such as Paid Parental Leave
Offer education along with expert guidance to all potential LOA inquiries while providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely responses
Engage with employees in the interactive process and document the process concerning reasonable accommodations
Support and document Return to Work processes across multiple sites and states
Coordinate required information regarding continuing leave cases with the Disability Carrier to ensure Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability benefits are provided timely
Enter paid and unpaid benefits for employees on leave of absence in the timekeeping system timely and without errors while adhering to regulatory and organization policies
Strong Knowledge of Federal, State and local regulations related to leaves including FMLA, state specific entitlements, USERRA, ADA/ADAAA, company specific leave programs and all associated wage replacement options
Independent judgment, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment
Detail oriented with strong research and analytical skills and the interest in continued growth and learning
Your Boarding Pass:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing high volume of Leaves of absence administration for mid to large size companies with employees in multiple states and entities.
Experience working with a variety of clients including C-level executives
Strong Knowledge of Federal, State and local regulations related to leaves including FMLA, state specific entitlements, USERRA, ADA/ADAAA, company specific leave programs and all associated wage replacement options
Proficiency with Google Products
