Our Transportation Engineering team is growing! Stewart is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Transportation team. In this exciting role, you will lead the design effort and manage the delivery of complex projects, including roadway plans, traffic management plans, pavement marking plans, and signing plans. Utilizing Microstation, your projects will range from bridge replacements to multi-lane widening projects to interchange designs. Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
• 8 or more years of experience in the transportation engineering industry
• Proficient in Microstation, Geopak, Corridor Modelling
• Experience with Open Roads Designer (ORD)
• Experience working with NCDOT preferred
• Strong written and oral communications skills are required
• Valid driver's license required

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

You are willing and able to work in a professional, climate-controlled office environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to lots of light, both natural and artificial. Workstations are in an open space layout with frequent collaboration and interactions from co-workers throughout the day. Within the office you are willing and able to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Additional requirements include providing on-site technical assistance by accessing client or construction sites with varying terrain.
