High-level technician, or subject matter expert, on various areas or technologies in the network. Highly developed troubleshooting abilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support all Change Control Management functions in the network.
• Evaluate impact of both internal and external scheduled network events to help determine and support Change Management.
• Several Subject Matter Experts (SME) of various portions/systems on the network.
• Take escalations from Tiers 1 and 2 within the NOC.
• Help coordinate escalations out of the NOC to OPS and Engineering.
• Coordinate all maintenance events across the network.
• Troubleshoot more complex systems/networks within the Uniti Network.
• Assist in circuit provisioning in areas of expertise within the network.
• Troubleshoot/resolve SLA violations/issues.

Education and/ or Experience:

• 5-7 years NOC experience or equivalent.
• College degrees welcomed but not required.
• Industry certifications encouraged and possibly required for certain roles.
• Either a SME on a platform/area of the network or has a vast knowledge of multiple systems within the network.

• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
