It's essential for applications from aerospace exploration, food processing and packaging, to oil and gas production and refinement, and everywhere in between.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Industrial Gas prodcts to join our team on our journey to a better tomorrow.

The mission of the Bsuines sDevelopment Manager, Industrial Gas is tofurther develop the Pneumatech industrial gas in North America. You will develop the territories and promote Pneumatech Industrial Gas Solutions through direct, indirect, and OEM channels. North America is particularly rich in industrial gas (metal working plants, laser cutting machines, food & beverage, packaging, plastic production, wine making) that represent an important potential for Pneumatech industrial gases solutions. This position will report to the Pneumatech Business Line Manager of industrial gas.

You will focus on the following primary areas of work:

Business Development

* Successfully pursue the achievement of the sales targets assigned to the area and to individual salespeople, dealers, and retailers, in quantitative and qualitative terms according to the strategies of the Industrial Air Division.
* Product management of the Pneumatech industrial gas product portfolio
* Support Quincy direct sales team with proper sizing, application of products, and alternative solution.
* Conduct an in-depth market analysis and segmentation, to identify all potential segments to industrial gas solutions.
* Identify main OEM targets developing stable partnerships outside specialized compressed air dealers and direct channels.
* Develop Pneumatech industrial gas as a market expert in onsite gas generation.
* Making the brand known by inserting Pneumatech industrial gas solutions in engineering specifications.
* Prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, and commercial terms and conditions.
* Develop and present sales materials, calculation tools, and promotional programs.
* Develop specific technical and customized together with OEM partners providing commercial and technical competence.
* Train partners staff on new products, services, sales tools, supporting them even during commissioning if necessary.
* Train technical and commercial staff on measurement tools, finding opportunities in the market for energy efficiency services
* Support Pneumatech Sales manager in all the activities related to brand development.
* Relate with local service colleagues for aftermarket activities.
* Participate in local trade shows, hold training events in the territory.
* Cooperate with marketing team to develop an effective brand communication and awareness, in order to generate new leads and opportunities.

* Provide updated feedback to the management on market requirements, new products, competitors' products, conditions, and network.
* Continuous competence development by updating job knowledge, by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; networking; and participating in professional air treatment organizations.

Reporting

* Register customers base, sales activities, quotations, opportunities and leads on a daily basis.
* Active use of the Salesforce system to report and seize cross brand opportunities.
* Sales Force use for periodical reports related to activity, lost orders, closings, follow-up, and performance against sales goals.
* Sales funnel analysis to understand best marketing/communications campaigns and places for improvement.
* Report immediately to the management any special information gathered through field activity (e.g. recommendations for product, service, pricing changes and evaluation of competitive developments).

Experience Requirements

* Experience in value sales with a highly technical content, preferably in sector close to compressed air, territory management, negotiation skills, sales and technical presentations preferred.

Knowledge

* Sales or Technical experience in sales, knowledge of quality air market and producers will be considered a plus.
* Skilled in IT tools like MS Office, Outlook, SAP, Salesforce.

Educational Requirements

* High school diploma or bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical or electric engineering or equivalent through life experience.

* Willing to learn and adapt on the fly.
* Very curious, precise, and proactive person.
* Resourceful and entrepreneurial attitude.
* Willing to travel, 30-50% of the time.
* Very good level of communication and presentation skills.

Location

* Remote with 30-50% travel
