R&P is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Management/Data Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.
- Manages and monitors the change budget
- Provides regular reports on the current change status
- Proactively identifies issues or potential shortfalls for management resolution
- Associates Degree or a high school diploma with over 5 years of experience performing change management or data analysis in support of Navy ships
- Demonstrated fluency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and communicate with a broad range of poeple
- Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
