Job/Internship Description

The Innovation and Development Division (IDD) drives the innovation strategy for the Hubs and Operations, and contributes to the Group's transformation. It is responsible for imagining, developing and incubating new solutions until they are brought to market, particularly when it comes to offers with a high technological content (including digital and IT). IDD gathers more than 3,000 employees from 70 nationalities at 60 sites.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Intern - ICD Site Operations will support operation teams in gathering equipment data and organizing, inputting it into our Industrial Management System. Support the updating of site drawings, creating new ones if needed. Assisting with new equipment installations planning and installations. Along with support maintenance activities.

Required

* Rising Junior or Senior in Mechanical Engineering

* CAD skills including AutoCad or equivalent

* Demonstrates strong process and operational safety behavior at all times

* The ability to understand operational equipment and P&ID's

* Ability to work independently and in small teams, in a way that enhances team dynamics

* Individuals should expect to work in a combination of office, lab, and platform areas with modest and part-time support from the Site Operations Teams

* Capable of clear and concise written and verbal communication through reports, status updates, presentations, etc.

* Able to interface with peers and team members (local and remote) to provide critical information and support organizational goals

* Data organization and analysis

* Technical and SOP writing skills

Preferred

* Experience in an internship or professional environment

* Familiarity with standard facility equipment mechanical and electrical operations

* The day to day tasks in this position are fluid so strong time management and organizational

skills are preferred

Working Conditions

* The individual's working environment will vary depending on specific activities on any given day, but generally will rotate between office, laboratory, and platform areas.

* The individual will be required to wear appropriate PPE as mandated by the facility.
